KILL THE BOERE KILL THE FARMER
This ANC- struggle-slogan” above calls for the murder of all whites i.e. “Boers” and is still widely chanted in South Africa today. When the words Kill the Farmer are added, they call specifically for the murder of all Afrikaner whites.
Boer is a genetic term used by black South Africans to indicate all whites not solely for Afrikaner agrculturalists. The ANC-slogan: Kill the Boere Kill the farmer was officially chanted by Nelson Mandela and every one of his followers during the struggle against apartheid before 1994. And while it was officially declared hate speech in 2006 by the SA Human Rights Commission it stil in 2010, is widely chanted and used at many public rallies by pro-ANC members specifically. In a macabre displaythis slogan also was painted in the blood of two Afrikaner victims on the walls of a homestead in the Free State on March 6 2009 where Odendaalsrust farm residents Alice and her daughter Helen Lotter, 77 and 57 years old and both frail were subjected to hours of excruciating torture: glass shards were stabbed into their vaginas and anuses, one of the womens breasts were partially sliced off while she was still alive, and then they were slowly strangled in six-hours of torture. One of the women survived but died of her trauma in hospital later. This slogan thus clearly has a powerful effect in South Africa: more than 3700 mostly Afrikaans-speaking rural residents have been murdered since 1987 in such vicious attacks on South African homesteads and peri-urban smallholdings. Over the past three years especially that same slogan is often also heard being shouted against Afrikaner victims while they are being attacked by armed black male gangs in suburbean areas, the victims report.

Can whites still get fair trials in South Africa with such biased black judges? TWO EXAMPLES
Above: Northern Cape Judge Frans Kgomo, whose Supreme Court guilty-ruling in the murder-trial of an Afrikaner was quashed by a unanimous bench of the Supreme Court of Appeals in Bloemfontein in 2009 — which had ruled that Kgomo had shown extreme anti-Afrikaner racial prejudice and had thus unduly influenced the course of the white mans murder trial . Five of the Supreme Court of appeal courts judges, led by Judge Nathan Ponnan, ruled unanimously that Judge Kgomos approach to the Afrikaner defendant Joseph le Granges murder trial was "certainly suggestive of one who has certain preconceived biases and allows those biases to affect his judgment". Judge Kgomo, who had been put forward by the Judicial Service Commission JSC as a possible Constitutional Court justice post and at this time, was serving as an acting Supreme Court of Appeal judge, had in their unanimous view, “breached the most primary canons of good judicial behaviour" and “virtually taken over as a prosecutor in the case, they said.
